All the products manufactured by Jerryborg Marine strictly comply to ISO9001:2015 International Quality Management System, ISO17357:1/2014 Ships and marine technology — Floating pneumatic rubber fenders,Permanent International Association of Navigation Congresses(PIANC) and International Association of Lighthouse Authorities (IALA). Our products have also passed the quality inspection of major IACS, such as DNV.GL, CCS, BV, LR, RS, ABS, as well as other classification society quality approval.

The fabrication process involves manufacturing the pneumatic fender and marine airbags using a combination of specialized holistic intertwined techniques, which includes shaping the rubber layers, applying synthetic tire cord as reinforcement layers, and bonding the layers together using strong adhesives. Our fenders and airbags also have an outer protective rubber layer for enhanced durability.
